I was pulled over in Spotsylvania, VA for "Reckless Driving by Speeding" for doing 86 in a 65 zone. In VA, this is a misdemeanor and requires mandatory court appearance, not an easy task for an out of state driver such as myself. To make things worse, I had to be out of country for the two weeks before my court appearance. Luckily, before leaving, a quick google search had led me to Andrew as he had great reviews everywhere. Upon my return, with just a few days (incl. the weekend) remaining before my court date, I hastily contacted Andrew. He was quite friendly and professional and explained the entire process to me in great detail to put me at ease. Given the time constraint, he even worked with me over the weekend to ensure that he had everything he needed to represent me. Andrew handled the case wonderfully and kept me in the loop throughout. I was expecting a reduction to regular speeding but he was able to get my case dismissed! I highly recommend Andrew without reservation.

I was pulled over for speeding in Fredericksburg,VA. It was 85/65. Everything that is over 80 mph is considered a criminal offence. I was told by a police officer that it was no ticket and that i will have to go to court in VA, which didn't sound good at all. I hired Andrew simply because he has a very good reviews everywhere I looked. I am very glad that I did. He handled my case very professionally, and kept me updated throughout the process. During a trip from NC to DC I was pulled over by a Spotsylvania VA police officer for driving 76 in a 55. The police officer was able to gauge my speed while driving on the opposite side of the road from the oncoming lane...who knew they could do that? The fair but absolutely humorless offer wrote me a ticket for reckless driving, this offense would stay on my license for 11 years and would effect my ability to get car insurance, life insurance and would probably indirectly effect my credit rating. A reckless driving conviction carries the same points and length of penalty as drunk driving. Calling Andrew Flushe's office was the smartest thing I did. Case dismissed with court costs of $86.00 Yep, you read it right...DISMISSED!!! I've certainly learned my lesson about speeding, but should it ever happen again I'm calling Mr Flusche. I would also like to mention that his office staff are astoundingly efficient; they have a system where every interaction and answered question is logged no matter who was spoken to; that means that everyone knows everything all the time. No miscommunication, no repeating questions, just quick, clean and efficient. Brilliant.

I had been in a horrible accident; where the guy was stop in the middle of the road to get his mail around a blind corner and I had hit the back of him. I did receive from the office a reckless driving ticket because I had hit him. The next week I received a letter in the mail from Andrew Flusche letting me know he would love to work with me on this case. I had a free consultation on the phone with him because, I had broken my foot and couldn't get anywhere. From the first phone call to the last phone call, he was very intelligent and quickly to respond with any questions or concerns, I or my family had for him. My first court date was canceled and he had notified me the night before and had all the information that I needed for the next court date. On the court date, he was there about ten minutes early and we went into the room and talked about what he thought would be the best action for our case. He was very comforting letting me know that everything would be okay; because I was freaking out about this case. When I was called up, Mr. Flusche was right there next to me and he support my case all the way. He had really good questions for the other person and had made an effort for the judge to hear my case. Finally, the judge lower my ticket from a reckless to improper control and Mr. Flusshe recommend me to go to driving school to get the whole thing dismissed; and the judge agreed. So, instead of him just stopping at the improper control, he proceeded into getting the whole thing dropped for me. I probably wouldn't have won the case if it wasn't for Mr. Andrew Flusche. At first I thought he was a little expensive, but it came down to him being the best attorney that I could hire and he fought for me and no one else. I couldn't thank him enough for the effort and dedication that he showed me and put into this case. I would recommend Mr. Flusche to everyone I know to him. Thank you so much!
