Mr Flusche is one of the best attorneys an individual could ever have represent them. His skills and knowledge of the law is impressive and definitely left me with very, very few worries for the outcome of my case. He is professional, a straight shooter, and has the ambition and drive for any kind of defense. I highly recommend him for your defense.

I currently live in Florida. I was pulled over for speeding on the highway in Virginia and was given a serious misdemeanor and court date summons to appear. I was very worried about this as I don't even live in the state and wouldn't be able to honor my court date. I am so thankful that I chose Andrew Flusche as my lawyer in this matter. From start to finish, everyone was a pleasure to work with. Ryan Fitzgerald was first assigned to my case and was very prompt in giving me steps on what to do first. They postponed my court date and communicated with me every step of the way. Mr. Fitzgerald was not available for my new court date, and I was pleasantly informed by Andrew Flusche that he would be representing me instead. Just this basic communication meant a lot to me. The secretary who helped me, Shelly, was fantastic. She called me to remind me of upcoming dates and to make sure I completed my driving safety course on time, calling sometimes repeatedly in a day if she couldn't reach me the first time. I am really impressed all around with my whole experience. She was just really polite and personable and I felt like everything was going to be okay. Mr. Flusche notified me right away about the outcome of my case, and both him and Mr. Fitzgerald were nothing but professional and kind to me. I couldn't have asked for more out of my services with this firm. Thank you again.

Ryan did a great job of fighting my case and got my reckless driving conviction dismissed and all charges dropped I was going to represent myself in the case but I am glad that I decided to hire ryan if debating on who to hire look no further then ryan I would 10/10 recommend

Was pulled over by a VA state trooper for speeding and I was not paying attention to speed limit and I acquired a reckless driving Charge which is a misdemeanor in the state of VA and potentially could go your criminal.I found the Fitzgerald law group and they took on my case guided me thru the whole process and my case was dismissed and I never went to court they did all the work for me.If you get in traffic trouble hire the Fitzgerald law group and don’t try to fight a traffic ticket your self or you will end picking up trash on the side of road.
