Working with Andrew and Ryan has been great. Their staff has great customer service and does a great job at communicating with you to ensure they are doing all that they can to help you. Choosing them to represent me in court was a great decision.

10/10. Mr. Fitzgerald and his office staff are excellent at what they do! Not only that, they have the best customer service. They are friendly, prompt, and proactive communicators. I knew by the end of my consultation that I would be hiring them. Mr. Fitz handled everything for me and I didn't even have to go to court. The outcome of my case was even better than I expected. Worth every penny (which btw was less than what I expected!). Great value. Great people. These reviews speak for themselves!

Fitz was very efficient and clear. He was able to get the reckless reduced. His previous relationships within Stafford County Court system and Sheriff's office and demeanor showed his skill and ability. Thankful for his representation.

Mr. Fitz was able to reduce my reckless driving charge down to defective equipment. No red flag on my record nor points to drive my car insurance price up. I didn't even have to go to court. 10/10 would recommend! When I originally called and Andrew got back to me, he was very helpful and transparent. He gave me advice such as doing community service and a driver's course. Before even hiring him, the firm sent me an email with the driver's course they recommended! Andrew also told me what the worst case scenario and best case scenario potentially looked like if I did x, y, or z and or if I did not do a, b, or c. What I really appreciated about this firm and the reason why I chose them in the end was how open they were. When I had spoken to other lawyers/lawfirms about my case, they basically told me "they did not know" or "couldn't say" unless I hired them. I did not feel pressured what so ever to hire them. I was charged for going 20 over (90mph) in a 70mph zone. I have no previous record. A lot of coworkers and friends told me I did not need a lawyer. Even a retired cop told me they did not think I needed a lawyer. However, the officer who pulled me over was a trooper, so they were definitely going to show up to court and my dad said he thought I should just hire one because this was a reckless driving charge, which if found guilty, I would have a misdemeanor on my record, demerit points, my insurance would go up, etc. The court case also ended up being scheduled during a time when I would be in Japan- a vacation I had been planning for over a year now. In the end, Andrew was unable to be there for my case (he had court somewhere else same day), however Ryan, another lawyer at the firm, took great care of me. My outcome was dropped from a reckless driving charge to a non-moving violation and I basically just had to pay a fine under $100 and court fees. Even if you add the fee of hiring this firm, I think this is still less than the cost of having insurance rise, the cost of any jobs that may not hire me in the future due to having a misdemeanor on my record, etc. Dawn, their case manager was also very informative. She always called and emailed to make sure I was up to date! I very much appreciated this firm and would definitely recommend them to anyone if they have problems/hire them again (pray I don't get pulled over again). Thank you all so much!

I cannot give Mr. Flusche a higher endorsement. I hired him to handle a complicated traffic legal situation that required multiple hearings on different matters. Mr. Flusche prevailed on my behalf at every instance. He was courteous and professional throughout the process. One of the best attorneys you can have on your side! I was driving through the State/Commonwealth of Virigina, when I got pulled over. The officer stated that I was doing 99/70 and that anything over 80 is considered reckless in Virigina. One phone call to the office of Andrew Flusche Attorney at Law, and I recieved a quote as well as everything to do leading upto my case and a further date for it as well! Mr.Fitzgerald aka “Fitz” was who helped me in my case and was able to easily get my case reduced from a Class 1 misdemeanor and Reckless Driving down to a simple speeding ticket of 79/70 with only a $200 fine. If you ever get into any traffic trouble in Virgina this is one of the people I would immediately recommend.
