Andrew is the best! Thanks to him being so experienced in traffic law and well respected in Spotsylvania county, an unnecessary criminal reckless driving charge that could have severely impacted my life/future was prevented. He was even kind enough (despite his busy schedule) to wait in line with my uncle and I after our successful result to make sure the court fee process went smoothly while my uncle kept asking him a bunch of questions, which I give him a lot of credit for! I was impressed by his patience, dedication and quality results he delivers to his clients. I highly recommend his representation.

I want to thank Andrew, Shelley and Dawn for helping me with my Reckless Driving case over the past few months. I received a ticket in late March which involved Reckless Driving with an associated accident and immediately found Andrew online through Google search and after checking hundreds of positive reviews, decided to move forward with contacting him. From day 1 he and his team were nothing but professional, courteous and polite. I over analyse everything so I was bombarding him almost on a daily basis at the start with dozens of questions and not once was I ignored or blown off. Sometimes I would even get replies while I was sleeping at 1 or 2 in the morning which just shows the dedication this office has to its clients. My stress level was very high because I have never been in an accident, let alone involving reckless driving in the 25 years I have been driving. Andrew was able to explain all of the options that were available and hopeful outcomes he was trying to achieve on my scheduled date of court. When my "judgement day" arrived; Andrew spoke with the officer involved before we went before the judge and was able to get him to agree to dismissing all charges on the contingent I complete a driver improvement course. With my circumstances even though the other party was completely being false in their statement to the officer the day of the accident I had no proof or witnesses. Andrew suggested the above option was my best and I agreed. Even though if I chose to move forward and have the other party subpoenaed for testimonies and dragged this stressful situation out even longer, Andrew said he would stick with whatever route I wanted to take but I decided to go with the dismissal option. When Andrew presented it to the judge, the judge accepted and I was at the podium all of maybe 45 seconds. My court appearance was scheduled for 0900 and by 0930 I was in my vehicle driving home with a more than satisfied result. If you are in doubt with your situation give Andrew a call and at least let him hear the circumstances and he will provide any help you need and put your mind at rest.
