My personal experience with Mr. Andrew Flusche and his legal team was one of total professionalism from the free initial consultation to constant communication to a defense strategy that achieved the most favorable outcome that could be expected stemming from reckless driving and improper passing charge: complete a court approved driving improvement course and all charges will be dropped. His knowledge of the law and area court system and a great responsive team is a winning combination. Andrew Flusche and his staff were incredibly kind, supportive and responsive to all my questions and inquiries during the process of my ticket. My first speeding ticket, 40 in a 25, was significantly reduced and I didn't even have to show up to court personally. GREAT HELP!!!!

I can't thank Andrew enough. My wife, son and I had been driving 4 hours back from my other sons college in West Virginia on the back roads where speed go from 70 down to 25 whenever you get in a small city, etc. We still had another 4 hours till home I have NOT had a speeding ticket in 31 years. Unfortunately, when driving on Hwy 17 getting into the Fredericksburg area the speed dropped down to 45 and I didn't see the sign. The officer ticketed me for RD at 67/45. I explained to him our drive, I Have not had a ticket in 31 years , but he still keep is at 67 and a RD charge. Because of my clean record and situation , Andrew successfully had the entire charge dismissed. I took the I drive safely test as Andrew recommended and far more educated on the state driving. Bottom line , I will reduce my speed in that area and throughout the state thanks to Andrew.
