I was issued a ticket for reckless driving in Virginia. Being from out of state, I was told by the officer I would have to personally appear in court 170 miles from where I live I filled out the "Get Help Now" form on Andrew's web site and was impressed to receive a call within a few minutes from his professionally courteous staff. Later that day, Andrew contacted me and provided full details on how he would proceed with my case, assuring me that he would represent me in court without me having to appear. On court day, I received a phone call followed by an email telling me that he got my case completely dismissed. I was totally amazed. My ticket was for speeding at twice the speed limit, and I was also charged with reckless driving. Mr Flushce found that the police radar had not been calibrated, and he was able to negotiate a plea bargain settlement with the state prosecuting attorney. I was very satisfied with the outcome, and Andrew Flusche did a great job of representing me. I will recommend Mr. Flusche to anybody with a serious traffic violation.

Andrew and his support staff were exceptional. Always responding quickly and keeping me informed. Told me exactly what was needed and when. Advised me throughout the time leading to court date. The day of, Andrew was clearly comfortable and familiar with any and all things "court day" related. He came on time and prepared and outlined the plan quickly and concisely. Court was painless and very fast. His plan worked out for the best and I came out in a far better position than I expected was possible today. In and out for a wreckless driving and speeding charge (with a terrible driving record) in less than a hour with a minimal fine and reduced speeding charge. Couldn't be happier. Definitely don't go without if you are facing a judge for wreckless or other high speed related charge.

I am out of state and received a misdemeanor speeding ticket. Andrew was able to get the ticket dismissed. I recommend his services.

When I received a reckless ticket on 95 north at exit 133 for 87 in 65 I was almost positive my CDL and job were in jeopardy. After speaking with Andrew about the possible outcomes the day finally arrived for court which I did not have to miss time for as Andrew handles everything. A few hours later I get the call I had been waiting for with the outcome, Andrew got the ticket completely dismissed, obviously all outcomes may very and it did help I had no tickets in 11 years and +5 points. I would highly advise going with Andrew as the price was right and like the saying goes you get what you pay for and his ratings do not lie, this man handles traffic court like Jordan on a court :)

In March I got a ticket in Virginia for reckless driving. I found Andrew’s info online and I contacted him. After speaking with Andrew, I was confident that this was the attorney for me.
