While driving to Maryland, I got stopped and charged with reckless driving in Spostsylvania Coounty (90mph in a 70mph). Up until one week before my case, I was adament about representing myself in court! At the advice of a friend, I decided not to chance it and hire a lawyer since there is a stiff penalty if found guilty. Since I'm not from Spotsylvania, I decided to use "Google" to help me search for an attorney. THANK GOODNESS I picked Andrew Flusche! He was affordable and he was VERY PROFESSIONAL. I was a little leary about doing business over the phone but Andrew and his assistant Dawn quickly calmed my fears. Their follow-up process and customer service was superb in the week leading up to the court day. Andrew even assured me that I didn't have to physically come to Spotsylvania on the court date. As such, I stayed in Chesterfield and went to work anxiously awaiting the outcome. Within a few hours after I was due to appear, I received Andrew's phone call. The judge reduced the charge to a minor speeding ticket and my fine was very minimal!!! He even emailed me the link to pay the fine - making it super easy. THANK YOU ANDREW FLUSCHE! Every question I had was promptly answered, and his office would notify me of any changes or updates on my case. As a testament to his responsiveness, I was charged with reckless driving on a Sunday morning as I was driving through Virginia on my way home to South Carolina. I called Mr/ Flusche's office that Sunday afternoon and left a message with the answering service, not expecting to hear back until Monday at the earliest. To my pleasant surprise, Mr. Flusche called me back less than 2 hours later that evening and immediately put my mind at ease. Don't drive over 80mph in Virginia, but if you do and you are in Mr. Flusche's territory, don't hesitate to retain his services!

When I got 2 tickets for Reckless Driving and expired driver's license, I was so stressed and scared. I don't know any lawyer in my area or close by. I received a lot of invitation from other lawyers but I didn't trust them. Atty. Flusche's card invitation is personalized and so different from the others that looks more commercialized. Atty Flusche's website is also user friendly and very informative. When I called his office, his staff is very accommodating at first contact. I immediately received a return call from his Case Manager, Dawn. Dawn got my information and scheduled my telephone conference with Atty Flusche. As soon as I speak to Atty. all work to help me with my case started. Atty Flusche took charge of everything. I did not even have to attend the court hearing. The result was successful. My expired license was dismissed and most importantly, the reckless driving can be dismissed with a driver's improvement class. All of this made possible through Atty Flusche's timely actions. He is very reliable, excellent communicator, a "Doer" and trustworthy. I recommend him 100% . I do not wish to violate any traffic law in VA but in case I would go through the same experience, I will not be afraid. I have Atty Flusche to run to.

Andrew Flusche is the right attorney to hire if you got speeding or reckless near Stafford VA. He knows the judges and troopers and know what hes doing.
