Five stars definitely warranted. I became aware of Mr. Flusche when a fellow rider of mine received a speeding ticket on his motorcycle here in Fredericksburg. I was immediately impressed with his website as well as his youtube videos explaining certain traffic violations and how to address them. I told myself that if I ever received a ticket that I would definitely hire Mr. Flusche to take care of it. Fast forward 2 months and I find myself on the receiving end of a reckless driving ticket. Due to my previous research, I knew immediately who I was going to hire to take care of it. As the court date approached I hired Mr. Flusche and left everything in his hands. He was honest about the potential outcomes and did not make any specific promises. However, based on the many positive reviews, I was not really concerned about the outcome because I knew that he would do his best. In any event, I get a call from Mr. Flusche on my court date indicating that the reckless had been dismissed; all I had to do was complete a driving course and pay court fees. I could not have asked for a better outcome. The service Mr. Flusche provided was well worth the fee he charged. With a possible loss of security clearance, increase in insurance and points on my license, things could have gotten very ugly and very expensive. Thanks Mr. Flusche. I hope we never have to do business again but if I find myself in a jam once more I will definitely be calling on you again.

Andrew Flusche, what shall I say... this was an absolute phantastic job. Andrew managed to get my reckless driving of 83/55 reduced to 64/55 and a very low charge for that. I only have to make the online driving improvement class and all will be good. Andrew's communication and quick actions have made my life so much easier and I could not have asked for more. Excellent, seamless, experience. Andrew is an amazing lawyer. I got him to represent me in court for a reckless driving ticket. And he managed to get it dismissed, off my record, with no insurance increases. He suggested all the right things to do to help my case, and is very knowledgable about Stafford county and their judges. I would recommend him to anyone who may be facing any charges that could harm their record.

Five stars are just not enough for this review, but that's the best there is. And so is Andrew. My son was given a reckless driving ticket because he rear-ended another car. Andrew got the case completely dismissed. Go local. Andrew knows many people in the Spotsylvania / Fredericksburg legal system - judges, prosecutors, even the police officers, and knows how to present the best case based on this knowledge. His fee was much lower than I would have expected, and he treated my son and me with great respect and kindness, unlike many attorneys I have worked with in the past. There are no guarantees when you are facing a serious driving charge, but Andrew is about as close as you can come! Thanks again Andrew.

Great attorney! VA trooper had said I was going 96/70. I'm from PA I was charged with reckless driving I contacted Mr. Flusche right away. I took the VA safety driver course luckily I was able to take it online saved me a lot of hassle. I did community service for a non-profit in my state also saved me hassle, met good people & made new friends in the process. Unfortunately at my speed I did have to show up to court in Caroline County but luckily I was polite to the officer because I had an officer & judge who was willing to work something out & my charge was reduced to speeding. I had a clean driving record & background. Definitely did not want a misdemeanor on my record. I'm very greatful!
