I would like to appreciate the service provided by Brandon and his legal firm for his outstanding and professional support during my auto accident. I was involved in a rear end collision with a distracted driver, my wife and my self were transported to the hospital due to the magnitude of the accident. I contacted Becker, Kellogg & Berry to represent us. Dealing with insurance companies, hospital bills, police reports, insurance adjusters that just looking for the benefit of their employers can be an overwhelming experience. From day one hour one Brandon and his dedicated team made sure that we were fully represented in all extend of the law. They provided us options for our case and gave us valuable referrals to medical professionals that helped us in our recovery. I dont see why any one could do a demerit of service by representing themselves with no knowledge of law practices and your rights as insurance costumer. My daughter and I were in a life altering car accident, due to no fault of our own. I thought I could handle it on my own. I looked into Becker Kellogg & Berry and was Soooo lucky to find Brandon Gladstone. He and his paralegal, Jessica were ,simply put, OUTSTANDING! ! I had a wrongfully denied worker's compensation claim in May 2016 from an injury in February 2016. In June, I went to Becker, Kellogg, and Berry for a consultation and met with Janet Hollins, Bryan Bosta's paralegal. Janet was attentive, kind, and helpful during the consultation. They took our case right away. From June to October, we had to file a complaint with worker's compensation commission, etc. In October, we had the hearing. During the time before the hearing, whenever my wife and I had questions, Janet was very responsive as we usually contacted her first. There were times we knew Janet was overwhelmed and busy, however she always got back with us quickly. We met with Bryan to go over the details of the case and he was great; very professional, understanding, and great at paying attention to detail. He was able to get us a very fair settlement which allowed us to bypass the hearing. I highly recommend Bryan and Janet.

Do not use this firm...at all costs, find someone else...anybody else. You'll probably do better if you just represent yourself. They failed to file important matters in regard to my case until less than 24 hours before and doing so got them dismissed. The attorney seemed like it was her first day public speaking. Her voice was cracking and hands shaking. We lost, I lost, before we walked into that court room. They will only look out for themselves...and the sheisty doctor they will send you to. Refused to file an appeal and even tried to bully me into not filling one by saying I would be on my own without their representation. I should have taken them up on that as I'm sure I would have gotten better results than they ever could. Run!
