In December 2022, my father was involved in a serious automobile accident when a driver struck him while he was crossing the street. He required several life-saving surgeries immediately following the incident. To handle my father's case, I reached out to Becker, Kellogg & Berry, P.C. law firm. They accepted our case promptly and did not require any upfront fees. While I faced difficulties contacting the Fairfax County police for a complete account of the incident, including uncooperative and discourteous responses from the responding officer, Attorneys Brendan Ahern and Nathalie Johnson-Noon took swift action. They diligently gathered all pertinent police body camera footage and EMT response logs to ascertain the facts of the situation. The firm efficiently managed all paperwork through email and digital signatures, so we never had to visit their office in person. Despite the initial police report not being favorable, Brendan and Nathalie remained steadfast in their efforts, providing continuous support and never losing hope. The settlement process took nearly 1.5 years, but throughout this period, both attorneys maintained regular contact, inquiring about my father's recovery and demonstrating a genuine concern for his well-being. Their personal touch was deeply appreciated. Although the accident drastically altered my father's life, leaving him disabled and unable to pursue purchasing a home as planned, Brendan and Nathalie secured a substantial settlement that has enabled him to resume his goal of buying a house. While this unfortunate event had a profound impact on my father's life, the compassionate and dedicated efforts of Brendan Ahern and Nathalie Johnson-Noon provided invaluable support and financial relief.
