I was involved in a car accident last year and needed to find a personal injury attorney. I then met Nathalie and Eileen O'Leary (my paralegal) who were amazing. They were able to assist me through every step of the way and made the whole process for the case much easier! Even when I was going through stressful moments during the time I was injured, Eileen was able to pay off my medical bills so I did not really have to worry about paying out-of-pocket. I was in a car accident last year. Having a personal injury case resolved when you have medical bills waiting to be paid is never easy. Miss Noon and Miss Eileen O'Leary ( paralegal/case manager for my case) were fantastic. 2/12/18 Update: I have since, contacted both GEICO and Progressive insurance companies. and I personally worked with both of them to get my case resolved. I filed a complaint with the Virginia Bar Association against this attorney for abandonment of my case. They did an initial investigation, and then expanded to a more detailed investigation. I am awaiting their final determination. Update:As of a few weeks ago, he abandoned my case in writing. He should not be practicing law. This is simply pathetic. I'm going to the Virginia Bar Association and the media. Previous: It has been 17 months since I was plowed into by Wanda Lajeanne Brown from Maryland, making a right turn against the light while I was crossing the street in the crosswalk, with the green light in Washington DC from the Archives building side of the street to the Dept of Justice side of the street, while on my way to work at the Dept of Treasury/IRS building. Still no damages payment, no reimbursement for time lost, etc. I consistently have to request updates from him. I just retired one week ago due to my failing health. Shame on GEICO and Progressive insurance companies!
