Highly Disappointed with Brittany Carper. Our retainer fee was used up all on emails and phone calls. (5k down the drain) We got no results after a few months. We eventually had to seek another attorney to help us. I do recommend Eric Stone Law.

Extremely disappointed and upset with her. She will not speak to me, only speaks through her assistant. I was just informed I have to pick a few days and hours to go see her when it's convient for her. I explained to don't have a car or anyone who can take me and I asked that she come see me or when do it over the phone. That's when her assistant got nasty with me telling me I have to figure it out.

We just want to express our thanks to Ms. Brittany Carper for a job well done! We just finalized our adoption (through our county) in which Ms. Carper was the Guardian Ad Litem. At all times she was courteous, caring and very confident. We so appreciate that she was able to put our daughter at ease and that she actually looked forward to all interactions with Ms. Carper. In this day and age it was refreshing to find someone who is extremely competent and professional yet has not lost that personal touch! Our family highly recommends Ms. Carper's services!

I am writing to express the extremely positive experience my husband and I have had working with attorney Brittany Carper. Over the past year and a half, Mrs. Carper has been the Guardian ad Litem (GAL) representing our two foster children. She has been, and continues to be, such a positive influence in the lives of our boys. I'm glad Danielle was my lawyer and not my ex-husband's! After several long years of begging my previous attorneys to be aggressive with my ex and getting frustrated with their timidity, I finally found what I was looking for in Danielle. She's a brilliant lawyer, quick on her feet in the courtroom, and doesn't hesitate or think twice about what course of action to take. My ex took me to court every year, filing ridiculous show causes against me and with previous attorneys I felt like I lost a little more each time. Not so with Danielle! I finally won and my ex is gone for good now. I wholeheartedly recommend her for any divorce, custody, visitation or child support matter.

My experience with Ms. Snead has been first rate, top notch. She practices the law, she is not your counselor and she focuses on facts and information that a judge will care about. Divorce and custody is a difficult emotional ride; Ms. Snead was able to cut to the chase and help me focus on the facts that mattered in court and filter out all other BS. She talks a little fast because, she is full of energy, keep up and you will do great. Even more impressive is Ms Snead's courtroom presence. She is direct and to the point, not hostile toward the other party and allows the facts to surface without badgering witnesses. I believe any judge woudl appreciate this quality. Absolutely impressed with how she conducted herself in a court of law!! In my case, the other party hired some 'hot shot' attorney and thought they had a slam dunk case. Ms Snead and I methodically put together our testimony based on facts that mattered to a judge, not hearsay and emotion. The case was a very tough and odd ball case for a judge but we presented all the facts that pertained and left off irrelevant information. She may not be for you if you want to be coddled by your attorney throughout the divorce or custody. However, if you know what you want and need a poised professional in your corner come the day for court, you will not go wrong with hiring Ms Snead to represent you! At a minimum, consult with her early so the other party does not hire her. I would not want to go against her in a court of law.

Danielle and her paralegal, Ashley Constant, were outstanding and exceeded all my expectations involved with obtaining my recent divorce. This was an incredibly difficult time for me, however, Danielle and Ashley's professionalism, quick responsiveness and specific attention to detail in my case provided me a clean, quick , non-contested divorce for an extremely reasonable fee. Both ladies worked with me as a person, not just as a "client". I heard from them often, and never had to go out of my way to reach out to them for an update, since they kept me well-informed of all the steps in the process.
