If I could give a zero I would! Stay away from this attorney! Numerous unanswered emails and phone calls, 4 days before court I was asked by the attorney, "why are we going to court," I was charged for late filing fees when she had the documents over 6 weeks, I was charged for subpoena fees/service fees and the witness was not used last minute, she made repeated request for the same information, etc. IF you want an attorney that is invested in your case and the outcome choose another attorney!

Mrs. Nageotte is hands down the best Divorce & Child custody lawyer there is in Northern Virginia. As stressful as the process started out, as soon as I hired her, she took my case on with full speed and went to work. Alleviated my stress. Definitely a shark in the courtroom. Got more then I even asked for and I'm not just talking about financial. Worth every single penny. If you want to win, hire her.

I ran out of money to continue hiring her as my lawyer. I was forced to represent myself in a complicated child support case, and she and Kym still helped me out with preparing a brief so that they didn't dismiss the case. It's nice to know there's lawyers out there that care about you and your situation

I contacted Mrs. Nageotte's firm in the early stages of entering into divorce proceedings which concluded in in 2017. Mrs. Nageotte and her staff were very professional and courteous. he and her staffer very attentive to my needs as a client, and addressed every issue I encountered in a timely and This is one of the most affective and determined attorneys I have had the pleasure in dealing with.I once went into her office for a consultation regarding child custody issues and we discussed the issue in detail, even though she was not able to take on the case (due to jurisdiction) she was more than happy to assist me and point me in the right direction. I really appreciated. Top notch attorneys and the entire staff, I take my hat off to.

If you want an excellent attorney and wonderful staff to help you with any of your family law issues, Janet Boyd is the one to go to. She and Chris even came to the hospital in the middle of the night when my mother had a medical emergency and the legal paperwork needed to be handled immediately. We are so glad she is on our side.
