I am so thankful I chose Danielle Snead as my attorney to represent me during my divorce. John Bryant is by far the most effective, principled attorney I’ve come across. Family law can be difficult, messy and emotional. John and his team were with me every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier with my outcome!

John Bryant is hands down the best Family Law Attorney. I can’t say enough good things about him. Not only did he get me through my drawn out, tumultuous divorce and custody battle but he also got me through another very serious legal matter that involved my children. He’s not your typical attorney either, he genuinely wants to help, and navigate you through all the legal jargon that’s overwhelming and never ending. He’s professional, very upstanding and well respected in the legal community.

My case involved an adoption. I went to see Ms. Carper in February 2023, at which time I was told it would take about 3 to 4 months to have my case (which was fairly easy) done. In August of 2023, I was still sitting and waiting. My 10 day vacation passed too. I was charged to look at birth certificate, supporting documents, phone calls, etc. Nothing but administrative stuff and eating my money. So...I fired her. After 5 and a half months, nothing had been done except looking at papers and typing up another, which incidentally, had erroneous information on it. Having been in an administrative and supervisory position for many years myself, I found this business practice unacceptable. I went to somebody else and after a month, I'm happy to report that my case has been handled very thorough, professionally, and MUCH cheaper !!! So, I won't ever use this agency again and I urge anybody to consider the same.

Rebecca has been AMAZING through my divorce process. She has been on board with what I need and want. She is kind, understanding, and wants what is best for my children, in the process. She has been amazing working with the attorney representing my soon to be ex-spouse. She is super responsive, answers all of my questions & has made this process so much easier.

My daughter has developed a personal relationship and trust in Brittany Carper. She has been my child’s GAL for almost four years. Prior to this experience she was my oldest child’s GAL as well. Truth be told she found myself at the time to not be the appropriate placement for my child. She made the decision that neither parent was the best fit. She may come off as harsh but she fights for the best interest, safety, and well being of the children. She takes time to get to know both parties and gives a fair chance for both parties. I would hope if ever in this situation again she would represent any of my children because she does her work and she does investigate.

I’m very disappointed. This firm was appointed as Guardian ad Litem for my daughter in a case involving bullying…..The court said someone would be appointed to me and they would contact me. Two weeks went by before someone called me. I received a voicemail on a Friday of the holiday weekend instructing me to come into the office on Tuesday and the hearing was scheduled for the next day……. My daughter has ADHD and the attorney was not explaining things in a way that my daughter could understand. I had to keep interjecting to to help my child. A possible resolution was communicated to us. We were told that the attorney would come to court early to meet with opposing counsel to discuss. The attorney didn’t arrive at the stated time and then spent the entire time with opposing counsel. When our case was called she rushed us into the courtroom without adequately explaining to my child or allowing me to explain to my child what the options were. Infront of the judge, Ms. Dillion said that she wanted to withdraw the complaint which my daughter was not ok with. My child was crying and visibly disturbed and Ms. Dillion did nothing. Upon leaving the room I said my daughter was not ok with that resolution and that’s not what we agreed to. Her response was well she would’ve been more not ok if she had to be cross examined. I said my daughter doesn’t feel safe and she said well that’s not enough and it’s too late now…… My daughters best interest was not honored. It seems like the goal was to expedite the case and not to actually resolve the situation. I have filed a complaint but I guess this is what you get when you don’t have a paid attorney.
