Good advice not too pricey

Very thorough, very thoughtful and very friendly. Their scope and specialties allowed us to use their services at several different stages of our lives. We have been satisfied each time, knowing that we made a good choice in going to them.

Brittany Carper is the worst court appointed guardian ad Litem ever!!! She lies, pretends she didn’t receive paperwork that she did. Picks sides, very two faced. She waited until the month of my court date to do a home visit when I made myself available the previous months starting in November. Her practice of law is unethical to include her assistants, she doesn’t practice in the best interest of the child.

Mrs Carper is top notch! Highly recommend!!!

Child custody can be very challenging and emotional for all involved. However, I could not have asked for a better attorney! John Bryant represented me in my child custody case. I am in the military and stationed on the West coast. After only a few months on the West coast, my wife took our son and returned to VA. I retained Mr. Bryant to represent me. From the initial teleconference, Mr. Bryant was genuinely concerned for me and my son and was committed to getting a favorable outcome. Throughout the process, Mr. Bryant was in constant communication with me via phone calls and emails. He was patient and honest. I felt he believed in me. Even when I felt like giving up, Mr. Bryant remained committed. In my opinion, opposing counsel was not interested in the best interest of my son. She was seeking what I thought was unreasonable (very limited) visitation between my son and I as well as limited visitation with my son and my father, if my son was to remain in VA with his mother. Mr. Bryant tried the case. He presented the facts, questioned inconsistencies and sought custody instead of visitation. I've never been involved in a trial before, but I have to say, Mr. Bryant was everything in the courtroom I thought an attorney should be. In the end, Mr. Bryant won custody of my 2 yr old son for me. Thank you Mr. John Bryant! I highly recommend John Bryant for all legal needs.
