Mrs Carper has been helping us. She is amazing and quick to respond. She listens to our concerns and reassured us. The office staff is very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend her

If you are unfortunate enough to get Mrs Carper as a guardian ad litam I would strongly reccomend you request a new one. Mrs Carper is extremely rude, biased and lacks the ability to separate her personal opinions and judgments from her case. She will go so far as to lie to portray a false narrative of you, your family, and your kids. Mrs Carper has no concern for the mental and emotional well-being or even the safety of the children she’s supposed to be advocating for. Mrs Carper has no business advocating for any child. If I could give negative stars I would.

An absolutely phenomenal office! Quality, caring people who are super knowledgeable in legal matters. Brittany in particular was very attentive to our situation and worked hard to give us better results than we imagined. Absolutely recommend! I can't say enough good things about Brittany and this office! So very thankful for them and the work they do!

In 2013 I began the journey of single motherhood with no guide, no experience navigating the court system, and no legal representation. Finally, after closing statements the Judge spoke to both parties. Mrs. Carper successfully secured EACH and EVERY request for our custody and visitation order. We are grateful to have found a lawyer with the skill and dedication to dig deep into our case, never compromise our standards, and always keep our children in the forefront. I had a very difficult family law case and recovering from a traumatic injury. I saw Mrs. Carper. At the end of the meeting she said "My job is to handle this divorce. Your job is to get healthy.". I immediately felt relief. Mrs. Carper did much, much more than just handle my divorce. She guided me through extremely trying times with good, solid advice and on-point encouragement. Mrs. Carper is a clever, knowledgeable, brilliant lawyer and she is unstoppable in court. Her ethics and morals are beyond question and her compassion and concern for me and my family was touching. Coming into new territory dealing with the court system I was very worried about the outcome.  As soon as I spoke with Mrs. Carper during the consultation I knew she was who I needed to accomplish the goal. The office staff is very professional and responsive. Always positive and cheerful. They were all on their game leading up to the case date. I stepped into the courthouse knowing I was well represented and feeling very confident.
