Another lawyer has told me I have grounds to sue her for her failure to properly represent me when she was my court appointed attorney.
She was responsible for submitting the appeal within ten days, 5 months later it hasn't happened.
I have not been able to reach her or her office at all.

Susan was appointed as a GAL when I was hospitalized. She is a kind, diligent and focused attorney. She was a blessing in my case and I would recommend her over ANYONE! I commend her for being so understanding, professional and honest during the process! I am eternally grateful!!!!

Jodi was unprepared for my child custody hearing and failed to act as a real GAL for my children. She contacted me 4 days before our hearing and tried to continue the case. If I did my job in that manner I would be fired.
