They never called us back after wills interview

I was from out of town. Had reveived reckless driving passing through on the 81. One call and a few emails. He always responded to any email sent very timely. Mr Baker took care of the situation. Didn't over promise outcome. I was pleased with ticket reduction. Had some minor court cost and fees to pay. Overall great experience.

As an out-of state NJ attorney whose 18 year-old daughter was facing a VA reckless driving summons that I subsequently learned constitutes a criminal charge, I entrusted her fate to Scott Baker and am extremely pleased with his representation and the ultimate outcome. I would also recommend that any anonymous negative internet reviews against him (or any other lawyer, for that matter) be entirely disregarded; being an attorney myself, I've also had the displeasure of receiving unfavorable reviews written by internet trolls (usually on the "receiving end" of my own representation of a client...), it's far too convenient to hide behind a keyboard and publicly assail someone while not even disclosing your own name. But from my experiences with Scott I can assure you that any negative reviews are entirely fabricated, he was ALWAYS 110% professional, promptly responded to my inquiries and concerns, and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of experienced and highly qualified counsel.

It is always challenging to retain out of state counsel, but after telephone interviews of 3 possibles I hired Scott because he provided a straightforward analysis of my position and (as it turned out) an accurate description of the likely outcome. The fee was the lowest of the 3 possibles and the obfuscation was also a great deal less - - in fact, zero. I am totally satisfied with his work.

I received a citation in Smyth County for reckless driving, and a suspended license all while in possession of a Commercial Driver License. Being honest my driving record is riddled with speeding citations in and out of the truck. I explained to Scott that I could not accept the reckless driving citation or it would mean the end of my career. Knowing what's on my record I told him he'd be taking a shot in the dark. I was job hunting when I received an email from Scott letting me know that he hit his target right between the eyes! I couldn't believe it. He was able to get the suspended license thrown out, and reckless driving reduced to improper driving. I couldn't ask for anything more considering the circumstances. I am highly satisfied with the outcome of this case and would recommend Scott Baker to anyone in need of outstanding legal representation.

Scott was a huge help to me. I am from out of town and he took my case and handled everything for me. He was trustworthy and honest and did what he said he would do.
