Took me on as a client at short notice and still managed to take an impossible situation that would have really put me in a bad position and he made it possible for me to keep my life in order!! Highly recommend for anything!!!

Overall, I had a great experience with Scott. He took my case when I thought I had no where else to turn to. Him and his office demonstrated patience and understanding throughout my entire ordeal which made the process easier than it otherwise would have been. Knowledgeable professional that is upfront and straight to thew point. Always got the sense he had my best interest at heart and wasn't some grimy attorney, gaming the process looking out for himself. Would be my first recommendation to anyone.

I have engaged Scott several times over the past 8 years, each time with pleasing results. Scott is a hands on attorney who goes above and beyond the call of duty. He took a case that no one else would. He is a hero, a defender of children, a defender of abused women and children. He took the case, he won it and he gave a kid back some self respect and he gave her lots of love. He is IMHO one of the great attorney in Virginia.

Mine was a difficult case. My ex was extremely toxic and made this a very high conflict case that ultimately went to trial. Scott did everything he could to settle but she was having none of it and we went to trial. Scott is an excellent negotiator and also a bulldog in the courtroom. Something that sets him apart from most attorneys is that he is also ethical and never made choices that increased the conflict rather his intent was always to find a solution that minimized the costs. I cannot recommend him high enough.

I can not say enough good things about attorney Scott Ives. He represented me in a fall an injury which happened Sept 19, 2014.
