I contacted Attorney Johnson to represent me when I got a reckless driving ticket. He advised me to take an 8 hour driver improvement course, 4 hour RADEP course, and to complete 1 hour of community service for every mph I was going over the speed limit. He was very straightforward and he and his staff responded quickly to my phone calls and emails. Ultimately, the judge reduced my charge to "defective equipment" which does not carry any penalty against my driving record, nor does it increase my insurance premiums.
