Attorney William Johnson took care of two issues and did an Awesome professional job for my case.

Ive never really had to write a review anywhere and typically I go by with what everyone else has written to make my judgements. Why this firm has good ratings I do not know so hopefully my experience can help someone else. But Seriously this is the worse firm I've ever had to deal with. I had attorney Johnson look into a case for me and initially everything was good, but then weeks started to go by and I was receiving no updates. I had to keep calling to ask what's going on and each time he would tell me I'm waiting on this person to call me back so I was like okay and kept waiting. That really wasn't the problem because I understand it can be hard to get in touch with some people at times. Anyhow, two months went by with no improvement or anything with regards to my case. I got frustrated because it seemed like he was just not really trying to do much. So I asked for a refund of what I had paid and wanted to find a different lawyer. They issued a refund on to my closed bank account which I informed one of the secretaries the account was closed and her response was I had to wait till it got rejected by the bank so they can figure out what to do. I'm thinking okay the transaction will get approved and they'll issue the refund on to a different account. But somehow some way the transaction was approved and it went through but on my banks end they didn't receive any funds and on the lawyers end they're saying the funds went through so here I am being thrown back and forth between the lawyers office and the bank each person saying they don't have the money. You would think they could've just issued the funds onto a different account but no the lawyers office is saying it has to go back to the same original form of payment. Well how? If an account is closed how does that happen? It doesn't even make any logical sense. But anyway Bank of America took the time to help me figure out what's going on and filed a claim for me despite me not banking with them anymore but they still cared about their clients. But I hope I never have to deal with the nasty attitude from this lawyers office again. I was your client and instead of even apologizing or trying to see why I even wanted to switch to another lawyer I just got a bad experience consisting of wasted time and energy. You're a lawyers office. Your whole profession revolves around helping others and if you can't do that and just want to throw me in someone else's lap because you couldn't do your job right then you shouldn't be in this field. I was told to "deal with my bank because this isn't our problem anymore" well thank you Wendy for being so helpful and kind.

Shes amazing at what she does and has helped me to no end. She gets thenjob done and does it good but also is very into getting to know you as she works with you.

As far as I'm concerned miss Susan gets 100% just for her personality and the way she cares about her clients we have not been to court yet but I'm sure she'll give them hell. It's those quiet ones you got a watch out for ! It's always nice if you're a female to have a woman Atty. I feel like a Woman attorney understands so much better how you are feeling with what you are going through much much more than a male ATTY. could ever pretend too. She understands how I feel with all the things I'm going through with this divorce. I can't wait to see her in action in the Court room in front of a Judge with me sitting next to her. Mr. Johnson assisted me with my first traffic infraction. Being that it was my first, he advised me to go to traffic school so that my driving record would remain perfect. When we got to court, he presented our proposal to the judge and the judge accepted. I appreciated Mr. Johnson's help. I had only been to court two other times in my life once for my permanent license and secondly, for a friend during a divorce. I was so nervous about being there for my ticket. Mr. Johnson guided me through the entire process and never left my side. He was kind and patient with me. I would recommend him to all my friends. Thank you Mr. Johnson for being professional and concerned for my well being.

Mr. Johnson has become the go to attorney for my client referrals. I have sent domestic and traffic matters to him and my clients are always treated with respect and compassion. The Awesomeness must be expressed! The office staff, and Mr. Johnson himself were Fantastic!! Every problem that popped up was dealt with immediately. I don't mean in a few hours, or the next day, or even "as soon" as they can. I mean promptly, immediately. They are the folks you want in your corner. Our painful situation was dealt with compassionately, and respectfully. They gave us the confidence we needed to go through the process. By the time we were ready for court we were fully prepared, and had no "surprises" arise.William was even familiar with how the judge assigned to our case usually rules. Our point of contact was Shelly. What a nice, energetic, kind (I can not say kind enough times) woman. She is a compliment to William's practice! If we ever need, or somebody we know is in need of legal services that fall within Mr. Johnson's area of practice I would not hesitate to contact him, nor hand out his contact information. Mr. Johnson represented me on a couple of serious offenses. Through his help I was found not guilty of the charges. He was able to resolve the matter quickly and professionally. I had to pay relatively inexpensive court costs and no points went against my driver's license. I cannot recommend Mr. Johnson highly enough if you are in any sort of trouble, especially in the city of Suffolk. His rates are very reasonable and he put my mind at ease after our initial meeting. Even if you have only a speeding ticket you should go see about having Mr. Johnson represent you.

Mrs. Donner is a woman of true grit! I would recommend her to anyone! She is unlike other lawyers with a professional style and customer service that other lawyers dont have considering how cold hearted they can be. Susan Donner has passion in her job and wont play games with you like crooked lawyers would. Ive talked to every lawyer in Suffolk and she was the most qualified for child custody and child support cases! If you live in Suffolk, VA or even close to it, talk to Mrs. Donner!
