I had a really good experience with this law firm. My lawyer was Justin Bush and his paralegal, Emily. They were both very compassionate, respectful, patient, professional, and sympathetic. They answered my questions in a reasonable time frame and were very responsive. I was able to close my case with the results I desired and initially discussed with Mr. Bush. I have encountered several law firms in the past, this was by far my best experience.

Mr. Bush was instrumental in aiding me in my custody case. Both times we appeared in court, we came out with better results than expected. He was thorough in his attention to detail. He was always willing to answer my questions. I highly recommend Mr. Bush and his firm for your child custody case needs.

Finally buckled down and got my will ready needing notarization and witnesses. Mr. Bush and his team were extremely accommodating and were able to get me in very quickly - within a few days of me inquiring. To add, they also assisted with two other documents needing notarizing and witnesses. They were all very friendly, and would definitely recommend them.

I absolutely love and recommend Mr. Matthews to anyone who wants professional and prompt legal help especially with divorce and custody, he fought hard for justice for my son and I. I also think his paralegal is like my therapist when a case like mine gets emotional, she relieves the stress of custody battles. I am ultimately happy with them, and will use them as long as i need them!

Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication that I received after discussing options/payment for my custody case. After paying in full about $3,800 for a simple custody case I was told it might be a couple hundred dollars to get my children's last name changed back to mine. However, I am now being informed that I have to pay yet another retainer fee and $1,700 more after this was discussed on the very first meeting because it was the most important thing that I had asked for before retaining Mr. Domers services. I also asked for parental rights terminated since I am the only parent for well over a decade and after court I was informed that the state of VA just doesn’t do that. None of this was what we had agreed to prior and I absolutely did not get what I paid for. And the fact that I received several emails about leaving a “positive review” really rubbed me the wrong way after I had called several times and expressed my concerns that this was not our initial agreement and vital information was not disclosed prior to retaining Mr. Domer’s services.

Mr.Bouchard made this process smooth but yet very direct in what he told me and his honesty during the entire situation I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney he was awesome and I definitely highly recommend him.

Sean Domer did exactly as advertised. He handled the matter professionally and kept me up to date the entire time. I highly recommend Mr. Domer and the Bush & Taylor firm.
