Mr. Andrew Rudolphi is the best attorney I have met in the Northern Virginia area when it comes to Virginia Traffic Law. He has helped me in the past with some traffic issues I need cleared up. He was always there for me. Very responsive. On my court date Mr. Rudolphi was very professional. He had done his homework and did an amazing job in front of the judge. I can tell even the judge was impressed by him. Whenever I needed Mr. Rudolphi for my legal matters he was there. I cannot express enough how much of a great attorney this guy really is. He really does his homework front to back and is extremely prepared for you at court where it counts! Thank you for your hard work and just being an awesome attorney!

Most people say you should never go with the first option you find, that you should always get a second opinion, but I knew from the first meeting with Andrew that he was the one I wanted to represent me in court. And I made the right decision! Not only is he intelligent, well versed, thorough, and has high ratings online, but he is also supportive, nonjudgmental, patient, witty, personable, and unshakable. 
And those are all qualities I want in a lawyer. I was being charged with a DWI: 1st offense. 
Since it was my first offense, he said he could easily get the charge dropped down to a reckless driving charge, and that's a compromise most people would want to take. 
But I told him I wanted the charges dropped altogether. His response was that it's not as easy of a guarantee as the former option but he was confident and ready to fight for it. This whole experience was entirely new to me and insanely overwhelming. I had never been to court before, never gone to trial before, and I understood close to none of the legal jargon. 
So, I’m INCREDIBLY thankful for Andrew. He patiently sat with me in the same courtroom for 7 hours, answering ALL of my questions and kept me from falling apart. When we finally went to trial, that lasted for 2 hours. 
It was 2 hours of intense back-and-forth arguments that truly showcased Andrew’s professionalism and tenacity. 3/4 of the way through the trial, I literally shed a tear because I thought there was no way I could realistically get the charges dropped altogether. There was an argument he kept trying to get across that kept getting overruled by the judge.
But, no, this amazing, resilient man would not go down without a fight. Andrew argued from various angles, kept pushing, and eventually got his point across and won. I left the courthouse free of a DWI charge and I felt like I could finally breathe again! That feeling is priceless. In his own words, “Never give up until the fight is done.” Andrew Rudolphi is the best. 
You’d be a fool to not hire him.

I have to agree with the previous reviewer - Andrew Rudolphi is the best lawyer ever! My son has needed Andrew's expertise twice in traffic court over the last three years. Last week was for reckless driving and hitting two parked cars. Virginia is tough on reckless driving and Andrew immediately told us what he is going to do to try and get the best possible outcome. He also advised my son to do a little homework and legwork on his own to strengthen his case. This included enrolling in and completing an easy online traffic school, provide a copy of his DMV record and a copy of his resume. Doing these simple tasks before his day in court really helped. At the least I thought my son was going to get a stiff fine and lose his license for 6 months. But before court even started Andrew talked to the officer at the accident and prosecutor. To our unbelievable surprise all charges were dropped - no fine, no driver's ed, no court costs, no lost points, etc. Wow! He is the best. Believe me when I say that Andrew will take your case personally. He sincerely wants to win for you and will fight like hell for the best possible outcome.

Let's face it, when it comes to the law and lawyers, many of us cringe. Our lack of experience when combined with a complex, foreign environment, keeps many of us up at night. Andrew Rudolphi did an awesome job defending me in traffic court. I am not proud of the fact that I received three tickets in 2019, but I am happy to say that Mr. Rudolphi worked hard to make sure all charges were either dismissed or reduced and I received no points on my driver license.
