Dr. Cai and team were patient and understanding of my situation. I took 3 years to file due to two job changes and they kept their patient and kept motivating me. They were always very responsive to frequent changes from my side and never opposed anything. Case preparation was done very crisp and clearly. Najwa was amazing at getting my case prepared in details, within timeframe. I did not get any RFE and got my immigration petition approved thanks to their hardwork on my case. I was referred to Dr. Cai's NWL group by a close friend for my immigration application. Since the begining, Dr. Cai and his team have been professional and timely in their email responses. Dr. Cai made an intial determination on the suitability of my EB1A petition by the next day. He answered a multitude of questions that I had about my immigration status in a comprehensive manner. In addition to Dr. Cai, I have frequently interacted with Donald Forest and Xiao Yang in the entire process. Donald had several phone calls with me in which we discussed and strategized the manner in which my petition was presented. Additionally, he helped me in writing several sections. My petition intially received an RFE and Donald worked with me on how we could address it in the best manner possible. He was open to my suggestions and carefully assessed which ones would most likely satisfy the USCIS officer based on his experience. Xiao was meticulous in handling the several documents needed for the petition and was extremely responsive to the questions/clarifications I needed. Xiao also compiled the index of exhibits and made sure they were correctly categorized. Overall, I had a positive experience working with the NWM Law Group and the response to the RFE resulted in an approval.
