If this lawyer is indicative of all lawyers then I'll never use one again !!! I had a lawsuit against a former business associate of mine and Goldberg was recommended. I ended up shelling out a LOT of money (at least it was a lot for me) and got nothing in return. He only communicated to me through his billing staff...and that was my billing statements. He never gave me a phone call of email to let me know the status of my case....I always had to initiate the communications. Eventually I just stopped hearing from him.
