I had engaged one attorney for a 1st DUI and refusal and that attorney did not give me any framework or guidelines as to what to expect on the proceedings. All he would do is answer questions and not give any additional information or background. So I was left to piece things together based on his answers and information from internet. After 2 months I decided to switch to Mr. Simpson based on a referral from an attorney I work with who explained the whole process, probable outcomes and strategy. He also gave me homework do to such as community service, driver improvement class, and letters of recommendation. I did all that he asked and in the end he was able to negotiate my 1st DUI down to a reckless and got the refusal dropped. Although Mr. Simpson is not out there on the forefront, he will take the time necessary to provide good counsel and guidance. I strongly recommend Mr. Simpson for your legal defense.

Mr. Simpson took on my reckless driving case which had a lot of complicated factors involved due to a car collision (I rear-ended a car that merged into my lane and broke really hard) and not only did he navigate through it seamlessly, he did so in a very professional and respectful manner.
