I think a good PI lawyer is a good listener, explains the process and issues in a case in an understandable way, works steadily on the case until its conclusion, and always promptly replies to email and phone messages. The support staff (Zoe) should always be helpful and friendly. And of course, it is vital that the client be satisfied with the end result of the case. And it doesn’t hurt if the lawyer is a friendly, relatable person.
