I liked working with Kathi, because she didn't talk over my head, as has been my experience with lawyers. She really wanted me to understand how we were setting up my estate, so she spoke to me like a regular person, in lay terms. The result is that I have a solid understanding of how my estate is structured, and I knew exactly what I was signing when I signed it! I also found her easy to work with, she responded to me quickly, and always seemed happy to answer my questions!

We hired Vaughan, Fincher and Sotelo for our estate planning and Kathi was our lawyer through the process. We found the process to be smooth and Kathi did a great job explaining everything involved with the process and what we needed to consider when deciding medical directives, guardians, etc. highly recommend her and her firm.
