Raquel is worth having as an assistant immigration attorney. I will recommend them time without number. They know each customer by name and understand what and why you are there. Mr. Wani & his office helped me prepare and submit my application for marriage-based immigration. My wife & I never had any prior experience with such kind of applications and neither did we have experience with dealing with any sort of attorneys. The paper-work we had to submit, and the rules/laws we had to follow while submitting them were very excessive and intimidating to handle ourselves. I don't doubt we would've made multiple mistakes, or not been able to take advantage of potential benefits afforded to us in the situation we were in. Mr. Wani & his office were not only able to handle all our paper work with very little effort from us, but they were also able to take us on as clients and submit our paperwork in time considering we reached out to them at the last minute. Mr. Wani was also present on-time for an early morning meeting we had with USCIS about our case. They were also very helpful in providing us with a payment plan that broke down into segments what we owed Mr. Wani's for attorney's fees, which was helpful in helping us pay him for his help because my wife & I were affected financially by COVID-19 My only frustration through this whole process was the lengthy amount of time it took USCIS to respond to my applications. It was way beyond their estimated times, and put me out of work for a while. However, I do recognize that this was mainly due to bad timing since USCIS was closed for a while and were backlogged due to the ongoing pandemic. I'm not experienced enough in dealing with attorneys to surely know if there's any extra efforts Mr. Wani could have taken to expedite our application process during prolonged times like this, but based on what I can tell from my judgement working with Mr. Wani & his office, they did their best. They never sugarcoated anything they told my wife & I, always gave honest legal advice, and they always gave me updates as soon as they received them from USCIS. I for one at least appreciate their straight-forwardness.

As soon you enter the office; How would you like to pay 💰? ( No money No honey) Really? and the next thing ; $200 consulting fee for 5 minutes with the attorney. I would not recommend this attorney at all
