Robert handled a large (for me) commercial real estate transaction involving millions of dollars. He helped negotiate and successfully work through very difficult demands from the seller with success for me while still getting the deal done. This is a rare skill. What more, he thereafter caught errors in the lenders letter, loan documents and other documents and fixed them without a blip managing the lenders and sellers expectations while making the deal work. I wholeheartedly recommend him.
