I highly recommend National Capital Legal Services, specifically lawyer Elizabeth Krukova and paralegals Alona Dorosh and Oxana Percic, for immigration/ legalization purposes. They are very professional, patient and responsible. They were able to help me to become a Permanent Resident even after I was in Removal Proceedings/ Deportation.
