I've always been skeptical of attorneys. We went in for a free consultation with Ms. Klam and we had no idea what we were doing but knew we needed an attorney. She was very open and honest, played no games, and was very knowledgeable. She told us exactly what to expect, how much time it would take, how quickly the case would be concluded, and a step by step breakdown of what she would do and file on our behalf. We were so happy with her services that we came to her on a completely different case about a month later. Again she walked us through the entire process but gave us alternatives that would not require an attorney and provided us with avenues to try before hiring an attorney. If she had not told us about these options we would have never known and would have spent thousands of dollars on attorneys fees instead. She refused to take our money and she tried to help us resolve the issue ourselves instead of having to hire an attorney and pay any fees.
