I needed to resolve an issue with a neighbor who was causing damage my property while he was renovating his property. I sought out DBL (George Hawkins and Ryan Kennedy) for an assist. They built a winning case in a lower court decision and succeeded in developing a mutually agreeable settlement agreement a couple of months before a jury trial. In 2019, I tried filing my I130 and Change of status (I485) on my own. My application was rejected on January 10th 2020 due to series of errors and was asked to leave the country before February 15th 2020. I made an appointment with Mr. Ralph, Johnson and Masumi's Manager. The interview was the best ever and his confidence assured me that it will be fine and I am at the right place. The team were very efficient and they treat the clients like family. In less than a year after they intervened, I received my work permit and Social in 6 months and my green card within one year. I am so exited with their expertise and I will always recommend them to my family and friends anytime. Thanks to the great team. We made it.

Christopher M. Arakaky is extremely unprofessional. I was seeking a law firm that I can PAY to assist me in retrieving a foreign judgement in Virginia. Arakaky gave me instructions on what documentations were needed to move forward. After running around for months, he refused to further assist me with no explanation, cancelled our appointments and pretended to know nothing about my case. It was weird because he pretended to be sympathetic and concerned. P.S. other law firms DO NOT require clients to find and complete the court documents needed to collect a foreign judgement. Law firms charge 1/3 to 1/2 of the judgement because of the paper work involved to collect the judgement.

I don’t usually write reviews, but had to do so this time after an amazing experience with Johnson Masumi. I contacted Johnson Masumi after reading their reviews on Google. I was at my lowest point after 3 incredibly stressful years trying to transition from a visitor’s visa to permanent residence. My efforts had resulted in a NOID. I decided to give them a try and they completely exceeded my expectations. They were thorough, took their time to understand my specific situation, and clearly explained my options to me. After working with them for less than 6 months, I received approvals for my employment authorization, waiver of inadmissibility, and finally my permanent resident card.
