Head concussion, crushed face, 75mph ambulance ride, emergency surgery, trach, wired mouth. Follow up surgeries. Insurance companies don’t deal with these things without a lot of help from a friend. Fortunately I had the right ones in my court. Robert Haddad and Shelly Berry are the best along with star legal assistant Christina Hill. This was a long battle to get what should have been offered all along. Don’t settle for second best, rather hire the best!

The best Attorney I have ever dealt with! She is my “go to” for services and if she @Shelley Swain Berry doesn’t offer the service, I will take a recommendation from her! If you want the absolute best, hire Shelley and forget the rest!

Is there a way to give zero stars? Tom Shuttleworth is incompetent and deceptive. His firm overpromises and underdelivers. He and Lawrence "Woody" Woodward doubled what was supposedly a flat fee for services, consistently failed to show up for scheduled meetings, lost meeting notes, didn't take the time to understand critical evidence in a case, and never collected character letters. Do yourself a favor and avoid these unscrupulous actors.

Positive experience with Robert Haddad and his team. I had an slip-and-fall situation, and I was constantly updated on the status of my case, and they pushed a settlement from the restaurant involved.

Horrible experience. Did not listen to ANYTHING about my case and waited until THREE WEEKS before I can legally find another lawyer to tell me they SIDE WITH THE HOSPITAL. I am a doctor myself who experienced a horrific birth trauma and the MEDICAL BOARD has accepted the compliant about my OBGYN but not this law firm, in particular STEVEN SWAIN. RUN from these people. I emailed over and over with no response for almost a MONTH. Not even a phone call in response. Unprofessional and rude, and they didn't bother to speak to me about what happened. My daughter will forever have permanent injuries and I TRUSTED these people. HORRIBLE.
