I am a doctor myself who experienced a horrific birth trauma and the MEDICAL BOARD has accepted the compliant about my OBGYN but not this law firm, in particular STEVEN SWAIN. RUN from these people. I emailed over and over with no response for almost a MONTH. Not even a phone call in response. Unprofessional and rude, and they didn't bother to speak to me about what happened. My daughter will forever have permanent injuries and I TRUSTED these people. HORRIBLE.

I was in a bad car accident in Florida. My now husband and best friend were both hurt pretty bad. We were all taken to the hosipital trama unit. I was just very brused up and sore, but no serious injuries. My husband & friend were both in ICU for over a week with serious injuries. I was released the next morning lost and not sure what to do. Our hotel was an hour away from the hospital. I needed to go buy clothes to wear since the hospital released me in a paper shirt. They cut our clothes off in trama. I had to find a new hotel closer to the hospital, and figure out how to get our belongings from our totaled car. Thank God a friend who lives in Florida drove 3 hours to help me. She was willing to just talk to me and answer any questiong I may have had and point me in the right direction. I knew after talking for over an hour with her I wanted her to represent us.
