I am very pleased with the Services of Attorney Lisa Bertini. She patiently listened to my concerns. She understood the Law as it pertained to my situation and developed a strategic plan to resolve my issue. She was proactive in carrying out the Professional Services that she committed herself to. And, as my Legal Advocate, she went the extra-mile, and exceeded my expectations.

After enduring 8 months of extreme job stress and a forced resignation, I sought Ms. Bertini's advice and counseling on how to proceed. She and her staff were very welcoming and seemed genuinely sincere in their interest in my issues. I was able to have a very professional and honest discussion with Ms. Bertini on what my legal rights were due to my unfair work situation. While ultimately things were not pursued further, I felt like my case was thoroughly reviewed and adequately discussed. She helped me to walk out with my head held higher feeling better about myself, my past work situation, and my future after my session. I would not hesitate to refer (and already have referred) others to Ms Bertini and her staff for help when you need someone on your side to sort out difficult work questions.

Lisa and her team were incredible to work with. While I was so nervous and anxious reaching out to Ms. Bertini since I had never been in a situation like I was, she was professional, understanding, and sympathetic from the start. I instantly felt comfortable. She had read and educated herself on what I had sent prior to talking with her so our conversation jumped right into her thoughts and legal stance of my situation. She was honest and told me exactly what was fair and reassured how I felt and what I was entitled to. Obtained attorney Casrleberry's services for a prenuptial agreement. I was able to quickly schedule an appointment with her and went to her office and gave her all the pertinent documents. Two days later my agreement was ready to be signed, this process could not of been more simple and easy. I would highly recommend her for anyone who is considering a prenuptial agreement. We were able to get this done just the week before the wedding and everything went very smooth really I highly recommend her.
