From the very beginning Lisa was compassionate when listening to the unfair treatment I received from my employer. Lisa came recommended from another employee's rights attorney. Right off the bat, Lisa was forthcoming, honest, and realistic. This is great because you are able to gauge how successful your case will be based on precedent and laws. She was a true advocate and champion for my case as we navigated the Federal EEOC process. I filed a discrimination case and she advised me how to structure my Charges based on race, national origin, sex, and sexual orientation. She made calls and hosted meetings on my behalf with other attorneys and Mediator. Even with a fighting spirit, Lisa is tactful, empathetic and caring. Her staff is courteous and overall her firm is responsive. Excellent customer service! It is rare to find honesty in this world, and after facing hardship at work, I was extremely happy to have her on my side. Not only that, she is also well known and respected.
