Tom was so up front and to the point. He was one of the best attorneys I’ve ever worked with. He gave insight to the Virginia code “laws” and explained things very well. He has excellent communication skills and was prompt with sending documents about my case, even correspondences with the commonwealth. I highly recommend Tom Sheppard.
