Extremely rude, instead of sending you to an attorney they send you to Jesse welsh which is a dead end.

Mr. Carroll was knowledgeable and very candid. Every other attorney I spoke with ,at other firms , only discussed fees. No other attorney advised on the process that would follow or what to expect. After my consultation with Mr. Carroll a huge weight felt lifted off my shoulders. I would absolutely hire Mr. Carroll for any legal matter in the Hampton Roads area. My only regret is not securing his representation from the beginning.

Very easy to see from the street. Plenty of parking including handicap. Elevator. They are on the third floor. Reception right off of the elevator.
