Atty Tim Sceviour represented me in my contested-divorce case done recently. Initially, the case itself was daunting as well as unique. The needed inter-party dialogs were just 100% hopeless and rudderless, replete with ugly side bar issues involving my children. Atty Sceviour, along with his trusty all-knowing assistant Ms. Brower, brought impressive order to my case seemingly at day-1 once hired. From there, Atty Sceviour took over. He clearly became the nucleus of the whole entire affair throughout amongst all parties involved. My divorce case outcome was just, but we achieved literally every single lofty victory that Atty Sceviour predicted and worked for, it was uncanny. I indeed got my low settlement conditions but what my daughters and I craved more than anything was to see a blend of low-settlement plus JUSTICE. Atty Sceviour was able to successfully do that sort of hybrid in Court in my case. Again, this was done in the context of low settlement. As a Divorce Lawyer. Atty Sceviour is particularly strong in civilian Mariner issues. He's savvy with Mariner wage matters, govt retirement plans etc. He has a seemingly photographic memory when it comes to pertinant legal code and I saw him apply it almost to an artform in my case. He routinely kept things simple when I couldn't. At sea, Atty Sceviour was easy to communicate with from afar. He took all neccessary actions that I had requested to allow me to flex to my employer's demanding schedule(s) and deployment extentions. Atty Sceviour always had an incredible knack to make himself available to jump in to take on short-notice issues important to me and my family. He popped-in at Court and saved my teenage daughter from being wrongly evicted from her home. I wasn't there but my daughter said Atty Sceviour's 30 seconds of words at the bench were absolutely touche' brilliant and they turned the grim eviction that was afoot at a complete 180, where my daughter suddenly prevailed with him standing behind her. Regarding legal costs, Atty Sceviour is a first-rate Attorney. With that, what he displayed throughout were simple well experienced solutions and tactics that were spot-on for my situations. He had the capacitity to always streamline complex things to where I honestly believe in the end I actually saved significant legal costs by having him, as opposed to other 2nd rate local mariner-centric lawyers who supposedly charge less. Lastly, Atty Sceviour showed great familiarity with the entire Hampton Roads legal arena. He seems to have had first-hand experience at one time or another with the majority of established local Attorneys and Judges. For mariners in particular, Atty Sceviour is a safe choice if you absolutely need to protect yourself and prevail in Court during divorce. Traditionally, sailors have a long, inherent and well-documented history of abuse. Just know that Justice can be had nowadays if you get the right Attorney.

Reserve Naval duty made his responsiveness slow. Terms of divorce were not approved by client - I stated 18 years of age and Mr. Sceviour negotiated 22 or until graduated college and signed without my authorization. He negotiated all expenses without the word "responsible"thus allow an ex-spouse to file numerous additional court actions. I am currently over 75K in legal fees due to the "vague" verbiage.
