They handle all of my non-short sale closings! I believe that there are no better hands that your clients could be in other than theirs!!! Susan Walker has a brilliant problem solving legal mind, and Ashley, my go to paralegal for transaction files is quite adept at pulling off miracles!!! Love this firm!!

Worked with this firm for a while trying to purchase a house in the Chesapeake area; being referred by my Realtor for the title work. They were great to work with at first. I received one phone call from the attorney at my request. That was short lived as the second time I wrote several emails and left messages, never once did I receive a response. I wanted them to represent me in a case against the seller that refused to return my money at no fault of my own. Bottom line is, no response makes a pretty clear statement and also shows how they would have been representing me, or anyone for that matter. I gave them several chances to get in touch with me, several months later and I still haven't heard anything. *I wanted to update and let those looking for good reviews know that I still haven't heard anything from this firm regarding my continued correspondence. I wouldn't suggest using a firm that is unwilling to commit to their fiduciary duty.
