The good reviews are old!!!! Beware unless you want an attorney that doesn’t respond, always out of the office when you call and will charge you a ton of money for nothing.

Got a referral from a friend. "Call this guy I heard he's good." With much skepticism I called. Dan did an excellent job for me. You will notice immediately he is smart, decisive, no nonsense and many more great qualities you want in a lawyer. It took very little time to see I just hired one of the best lawyers I've ever met. Professionally speaking, If you want somebody to tell you all the wonderful things that make you feel all fuzzy and warm its not Dan in my opinion. However, if you want a highly intelligent, brutally honest, focused, driven lawyer that will shoot straight every time AND go the extra mile to make sure no rock is left unturned... Dan is the man!

Excellent attorney

Mr. Miller is extremely Military friendly and knows how to take care of a client. Very prepared and knowledgeable of the law. I was extremely satisfied with my outcome of my incident. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

I have had 3 cases with this Law office, two with Mr. Weaver and one with Mr. Miller. They were both great, always very knowledgable and very honest about my case. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I would not recommend this gentlemen as your attorney. I had him for a criminal case years ago.The best thing he can do was a plea for 10 yrs. If you are a young black man go with another firm and not this clown. He had no fight in him and he will have you doing a tour of va courtesy of D O C.

Good attorney

From the moment I called them to set up a consultation, Dan & his staff have been great. Michelle is the sweetest & definitely helped me alot throughout this process. Any questions I had, they answered. Not to mention they work with you payment wise. I would highly recommend them to anyone. From criminal cases to personal injury accidents. & if I ever need a lawyer again, I can promise I'll be calling them again! Thank you guys for everything.
