I was happy from start to finish. The customer service from the first set up was so friendly, kind and non-judgmental. I can say I called a lot of firms before this and most were rude. Mr. Miller is direct, knows the laws and what he is talking about. I plan to move forward with this firm once payday rolls by.

I hired Mr. Miller initially for a bond hearing . I decided to retain his services for the case itself . I was facing two felony charges as well as a failure to appear charge . While there were witnesses that were able to identify me, I walked out of Virginia Beach Courthouse with only a misdemeanor thanks to Mr. Miller’s representation . I came to Mr. Millers office at a young age and an extremely difficult time in my life having picked up my first offense which was a felony. He listened, he explained how things would go, he didn't sugarcoat anything, and he wasted no time. I trusted him to him to do his part and I did mine. I have had to use The law Offices of Daniel J Miller a few times for custody battles in the past and recently. They will continue to be the most precise, honest Hardworking and knowledgeable lawyers I would ever hire. I would never hire anyone else to represent me in the court of law for anything. The knowledge base of this team is extensive beyond my expectations in anything. I absolutely love these guys. They have done nothing but excellent work for me. I recently retained Mr. Miller for a case I needed some help with. Although it didnt turn out as well as I hoped for in the end, I would still recommend him. He pulls out all the stops to get his clients the best results, he argues his case passionately and educates himself fully on every intricate detail regarding the matter at hand. Dan Miller is an excellent Criminal, Traffic and Family Law attorney. He has practiced in Hampton Roads for well over 20 years and I have always been very pleased with his representation.

I would not recommend this attorney. His paralegal promised me a 1/2 free office consultation. That never happened - the best that was 14 minutes on his office phone line, five of which was on hold with his paralegal who said “he’s leaving (at 3:30 pm) for a vacation!” I had called around 1100 and she said I would get to talk to him or schedule an appointment. Guess what—I never heard back from him! He gave some time, but not the full 1/2 hour his paralegal promised. Bad business leads to bad ethics (apparently being sanctioned by the VBA). I’m glad he wants nothing to do with me. You should want nothing to do with him!

Mr. Miller was a wonderful attorney. I came in with a theft case and my first offense. From our very first to our last meeting he was extremely precise, quick, and professional. The case was dismissed for me in a none complicated manner. I have to admit I made a mistake for my second court date and with Daniel Miller representing me it still went smoothly.
