Unfortunately I have had to use The most professional courteous reliable and hard working Law Offices of Daniel J Miller. Upon the arrival at the start of my case to the departure at the end of my case, Mr. Miller and Mr. Weaver from the start of consultation knew what I was up against and delivered more than I expected from any lawyer in Virginia to do for me. I had an on going custody battle and now have my son full time and out of harm's way. I am extremely pleased with the services I was provided. I HIGHLY recommend this firm if you want the best possible outcome for your case.

Don't waste your time and money. Do your research first. When I fist met with Daniel, he was very condescending however, after our free consultation we decided to hire him anyways. Little did we know that he was not going to be the one actually representing but an inexperienced rookie. We had to fill him in on everything that we had talked to Daniel about, so in reality, the free consultation was nor really free. I could have represented myself better that the attorney I was assigned. If you do end up hiring this firm, please keep good records of each visit and time your meeting as well as your court appearances. I did and I got over $600 of my bill refunded. They will try to scam you. One of the employees there (Carolee) is a bully and horrible person. She was super rude! Hopefully I don't ever need an attorney, but if do, it will not be the offices of Daniel Miller.

Excellent Attorney! Daniel J. Miller is an absolute pleasure to speak with and conduct business with! Very intelligent, knowledgeable of the law, friendly, and professional! I was very pleased with the outcome of my case and will be hiring him for my future legal needs. I highly recommend Daniel J. Miller for your legal issues and needs. Don't let cost be a detractant, you get what you pay for. And Premium Representation comes with a premium cost, but is well worth it!

What can I say, I am very happy with the services I received from the law offices of Daniel J Miller. Since day one he was very professional and guided my step by step through one of the worst moments in my life. They were very supportive and kept me informed of everything that was going on every step of the way. I thought for sure my life was over and everything that I had worked for was going to be taken away, But Mr. Miller came through. I could not have asked for a better outcome, I am a free man today and was able to re-unite with my family. So, if you are at a low point in your life and feel like all hope as been lost, trust me reach out to Mr. Miller, he will help you no matter your race, greed or religion as an African American I can personally attest to this. Mr. Miller, thanks for the amazing work that you did I hope I am never in need of legal services again, but if do I will most definitely be reaching out to you.

I am truly impressed and extremely satisfied. Very professional and firm, his experience speaks for itself. The office is very neat and artistic! and the staff is very friendly, prompt, and helpful. Calling this office is one of the best decisions I have made in quite some time. Going through litigation is an unfortunate and stressful experience and from my recent experience; it makes all the difference in the world to have the right Attorney fighting on your behalf.
