I just had a great experience with this firm in preparing my estate planning documents. I needed to update some wishes and also ensure everything is in line for the state of Virginia, as I moved here from Pennsylvania. I worked with Fallon Francesca Whidden, who was absolutely wonderful! Very professional, friendly, thoughtful, and highly knowledgeable, Fallon expedited preparation and delivery of my documents. Overall, this was an awesome experience; I highly recommend her!

Estate planning is something that no one likes to think about, but Fallon Whidden at J.S. Burton, P.L.C., made the process so easy as we took the crucial steps to secure our future and protect our legacy. She took the time to explain the differences between wills and trusts to make sure we understood the options available. She was patient with our questions and made us comfortable discussing a sensitive topic. We are in our fifties, and knowing that our affairs are in order through a revocable living trust, which includes our will, power of attorney, advanced medical directives, and even funeral arrangements, gives us confidence and peace of mind as we look toward our future.
