I am so happy I got to close with the best team in Virginia Beach! Brett, Rusti, and everyone who helped in this process was amazing and made it feel so easy and comfortable. These ppl are one reason we have so much litter! Unprofessional, rude, incompetent staff on the phone. Tried to politely advise of trash accumulation under their business sign and Kelly said it wasn’t their responsibility and hung up on me. Called back and another staff said to google the phone number of another business about it and refused to give out her name to someone she did not know.
