Ms. Katherine is amazing. I did a few consultations with different lawyers because my case was unique. Even from the first call, she made sure I was feeling as comfortable and anxious-free as possible given the circumstances. She listened to my situation and informed me of the possible outcomes. Of course, she can’t guarantee a specific result, but she was great with managing my expectations. Her former position in the prosecutor’s office gave her experienced insight into how the other side saw my case and how we should proceed and what to expect. I contacted Ms. Caltrain 6 days before my court date. I was able to retain her on 2 days before court. She was open and available to answer my call and tell me what to complete for the best result. She was able to get my tickets dismissed.

Mrs. Coltrain and her assistant were very professional, punctual, and easy to work with from my initial call until my court appearance for reckless driving. She gave me some things to do prior to the court date which the judge appeared to consider in my favor. In the end, the outcome was exactly what I hoped for: reduced to a speeding ticket for 9 mph over. Certainly better than the misdemeanor I was facing for 28 mph over. At the end of the day, the easy answer is to follow the speed limit, but if you find yourself trying to navigate the legal system because you made a stupid mistake, I would highly recommend hiring Mrs. Coltrain to represent you.
