My son has a simple case where he was hit from behind at a stop light. Just 2 weeks later those ambulance chasers were sitting in his living room promising they would make sure he got fairly compensated for his pain and suffering. They assured my son that if hired they would look out for his best interest. NOT A CHANCE the fist thing they did was set him up to see a chiropractor for ten wks thee times a week. He finished the sessions all ten wks never missing a day. When that was done they were done with him. My son has been waiting for some type of settlement for over 2 years now All they have to say is we may have to take the insurance company to court and that may not happen until sometime in 2024 which would make a straight foward accident more than 4 years to settle. The truth is the insurance company isn't the problem The Firm is holding out on a settlement without my son's consent because they are not satisified with the fact that afterl the chiropractor and my son gets compensated they may come up wih less than their standard percentage so they would rather drag this out forever rather than take a small lost. Remember firm u were the ones who set him up with the chiropractor in the first place so if they cut into your bottom line that should be on u. Your firm reminds me of an epsiode of AMERICAN GREED !! Just one step away from a ponzie scheme.. Believe me I am going to file complaints about this firm from the better business breau to the attorneys general office and all in between. Joe Perez and his team were very professional, respectful, and did everything they could to help fight on my behalf regarding my case! They kept me well informed of updates through phone calls, emails, and letters. They also were available to speak with when I had a question. I am grateful for their service!

Very thorough, always answered all my questions in a timely manner. I dealt with the Virginia Beach office and Darcy was amazing.
