I had a matter that I tried to represent myself on and this ended up being very detrimental to the outcome of my matter. I consulted with several local attorneys and found myself even more frustrated. That is until Blossom returned my call from Wolcott Rivers Gates. For the first time in this harrowing ordeal I felt heard and valued. After hearing my issue Blossom scheduled my consultation with attorney Adam Carroll. Mr. Carroll was knowledgeable and very candid. Every other attorney I spoke with ,at other firms , only discussed fees. No other attorney advised on the process that would follow or what to expect. After my consultation with Mr. Carroll a huge weight felt lifted off my shoulders. I would absolutely hire Mr. Carroll for any legal matter in the Hampton Roads area. My only regret is not securing his representation from the beginning.

Where can I start on this amazing firm... The dedication of Brian Latuga to his clients is beyond what you can fathom. Every concern or question (trivial or not) was answered almost immediately with a depth, understanding and explanation second to none. Mr. Latuga is not only an admirable man of character but a shark in the court room fighting for your rights, and due process as an American. Of course, I hope I will never need a defense attorney again. If so, Brian Latuga will be the first words out of my mouth if any unfortunate event with the law threatens to upheave my life again. He is instilled with honor and respected in any courtroom he steps foot inside. This was my first rodeo in regards to being on the other side of the courts. Mr. Latuga clearly explained everything and met me at my own level. During my proceedings Mr. Latuga not once, but twice, impressed and gained the renown of two judges in my favor. The first judge commended Mr. Latuga’s preparation and seamless case brought forth. This was not at some harsh trial but a simple bond appeal. The judge remarked that he felt “sorry” for the prosecution and their further case due to Mr. Latuga’s coordinated justification for bond. The judge complimented Mr. Latuga’s performance and precision of testimony and evidence. The judge was visually impressed with everything brought forward for a simple bond appeal which worked without any doubt, leaving the prosecution stumbling. Secondly, we filed a motion to remove me from an unwarranted program “required by CCP’s discretion”. The judge initially laughed regarding the thought of me being removed from the program. Mr. Latuga explained my case in about 3 minutes and completely reversed the judge’s opinion/decision and found the motion in my favor and was downright appalled by the decision of the CCP. The judge remarked the decision of CCP as “absurd” and in no doubt questioned the authority of that entire probationary department. Mr. Latuga continues to reach out to me to assure that everything is ideal, as he will not settle for less.
