I was very pleased that he was able to get my ticket reduced to a defective equipment charge, helping me avoid getting demerit points on my license. Mr. Cardon was the best choice I could have made when it came down to finding and using the right attorney to help me with my case. After talking with about 15 attorneys’ I wasn’t sure whom I was going to choose until I spoke with Mr. Cardon. First let me tell you I had consults with other lawyers and was told my case wasnt worth much and to just settle and take whatever the insurance company offered. So I said I was going to reach out to 1 more lawyer, Mr.Cardon. He told me absolutely not to settle and he was going to handle my case. Let me tell you not only did he take care of me and i received the best medical treatment I also was compensated for my time and distress as well as my children. I’m still disappointed even though I went to court in May and I paid Mr.Cardon $650 he told me that I would get my reckless driving to improper driving but fooled me. Here we go standing up in front of the judge and he leaning and his head down talking to the judge. He never even met up with me about my ticket before I had court so I had no idea who df I was looking for when I walked in he didn’t even wanna talk to me. He just wanted my damn money ! He’s definitely a rip off I still have a speeding ticket on my record .. & next time dress better

I hired Mr Cardon to represent me in court for a traffic violation. I received a ticket for reckless driving for speeding in excess of 80 MPH (my speedometer said differently...). In Virginia, reckless driving can hold some pretty hefty consequences. Although I was a little upset after finding out 2 days before my court date that he had a scheduling conflict and needed to continue the case, the end result was an answer to prayer!!! He was able to get the charges majorly reduced!! Hiring him was definitely worth the money and he would be my first recommendation to anyone that needs and attorney in Virginia Beach.

Sometimes once in awhile you get a traffic ticket that is completely unwarranted and was "overdone" by the cop issuing the ticket. David Cardon got me out of a "Wreckless driving" ticket which could have issued me a felony in some cases and a misdemeanor in nearly all. This would have meant a possibility of me not being able to achieve clearance on certain bases from where I work. Luckily with David Cardon's calm professional manner in arguing my case to the judge and his legal reasoning, the judge threw out the Wreckless driving charge and Im scott free! In my honest opinion, If your looking for representation, David Cardon is the attorney youll want to get. Im glad I did.
